By using the BEAM applications (“Apps”) and our services, you agree to the processing of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Apps.

If you choose to use our Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. The personal information that we collect is used to provide and improve the Service. We do not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

Information Collection and Use

To enhance your user experience, we may request certain personally identifiable information. This information is stored and used as described in this Privacy Policy.

Face Data, TrueDepth API, and Camera Usage

As a face yoga and lifting application, BEAM may utilize your device's camera and TrueDepth API (on Apple devices) to track facial movements, ensure correct exercise execution, or generate progress portraits.

• No Cloud Storage of Face Data: Any real-time face tracking data is processed locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers or stored long term.
• AI-Powered Portrait Generation: If you use AI-based features (e.g., progress generation or Face Swap), you provide explicit consent for the temporary use of your facial image solely for generating the selected output. Processing and deletion of the image typically occur within a short time frame (usually up to 10 minutes). Images and results are not used to train models, are not stored long term, and are not shared with third parties without your consent.

Payments and Subscriptions Data

We use third-party services such as Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and RevenueCat Web Billing to manage purchases, subscriptions, and access. We do not directly collect or store your credit card information. Payment processors handle payment data according to their own privacy policies.

For web subscriptions, we may process your email address, subscription status, product plan, renewal status, and access state so we can deliver digital access by email and inside the BEAM mobile app. Users unlock access by entering the same email address inside BEAM.

Wellness and Digital Access

BEAM is a wellness and self-care app. It is not a medical service and does not provide medical diagnosis, medical care, or promised health outcomes. BEAM does not sell supplements or physical goods. BEAM ULTRA access is delivered digitally by email and inside the BEAM mobile app.

Age-Restricted Content (17+)

Some content or templates in the app may contain artistic or mildly suggestive material intended for users aged 17 and older. We do not implement an internal age-gating mechanism. Instead, we rely on App Store platform-level systems. By accessing this content, you confirm that you are at least 17 years old.

California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) provides additional rights, including:

• Knowing which categories of personal data are being processed;
• Knowing the sources of data collection;
• Understanding the purposes of processing;
• Knowing which third parties data may be shared with;
• Requesting specific copies of your data, provided your identity can be reliably verified.

Automatically Collected Information

The app may automatically collect information such as your device type, unique device ID, IP address, operating system, and usage behavior. We may partner with analytics networks that receive encrypted, non-personally identifiable information to improve app performance.

Location Data

We do not collect precise location data. General location such as city or country may be inferred from IP address or device settings for analytics.

Third-Party Access

Only aggregated, anonymized data may be shared with third-party services (e.g., analytics, revenue tracking). Any third-party access is limited to what is described in this policy.

Security

We apply technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no system can promise absolute security.

Children

We do not knowingly collect data from children under the age of 13 or market to them. Children under 13 are not permitted to use the app.
